Terms & Conditions
As a martial arts club dedicated to providing a safe and inclusive environment, our Terms & Conditions (T&C) are designed to establish the legal framework for interactions between our club and its members and visitors. The T&C outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties and help protect the interests of all involved.

Students must uphold the rules of the English Karate Federation,and agree to abide by their anti-doping policy and to report any concerns regarding safeguarding to a club official or the Federation.
Participation in martial arts, martial arts training and associated fitness activities could include actions or tasks which may be hazardous. Students must follow the instruction of Budo Martial Arts Coaches, which includes the correct and safe use of equipment. The use of an approved head guard is required when instructed to do so. All students are required to purchase membership once trial sessions have been completed this provide EKF approved student insurance and annual federation licence.
